      Proposition 65

      Proposition 65 is officially known as the ‘Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act’ first passed by the state of California in 1986. This law ensures that drinking water sources are protected from toxic substances and that people, wildlife and the environment are not exposed to harmful chemicals. All consumer goods must comply, including fabrics - all Bru fabrics are ‘Prop 65’ compliant.
