In order for the portal to be used as widely as possible, there are different user profiles available:
- The administrator profile has all access rights, and can manage users on the customer side.
- The purchaser profile has access to all product, pricing, order and invoice data, and can download imagery and marketing materials
- The product viewer profile can only view product data and imagery, but has no access to orders, invoices, pricing or download functionality.
Communication between Bru and the customer about Brugle is facilitated by the impersonation functionality. This enables every Bru team member to use the Brugle platform as any specific customer, and view the portal in exactly the same way the customer would.
